Sahitya (Ingredients ):-

1.Kaplela Palak (cut Spinach )-4 Measuring cup.

2. Kaplela Kanda ( cut onion )-1/3 m. cup.

3. Kaplele aale ( Cut ginger )-1 tea spoon.

4 Kaplela lasoon ( cut garlic )-1 Tsp.

5. Hing (asafoetida )-1/2 of 1/4 Tea spoon.

6. Halad ( Turmeric )-1/2 Tsp.

7. Hirvya miracheeche tukade ( Pieces of green chilly.)-1 Table spoon.

8. Dhane ( Corriander seeds)-1/2 Tsp.

9. Jeere.( Cummin seeds ) -1/4 Tsp.

10. Godi velchee ( Cardamom )-1 piece.

11 . Dalchinee ( Cinamon )-1 small piece.

12 . Meeth ( Salt. ) -1 Tsp.

13. Gode tel ( Groundnut oil.)-3 Tsp.

14 Kajoo paste ( Cashew paste )-6 pieces.

15. Tomato paste. (Tomato paste )-1 medium size tomato.

16. Kothimbeer (Fresh cut corriander leaves. )-1 Table spoon.

17. Panee (Water )-as required.
