1. Doodh Basundisathi ( Full cream milk )-1 Liter

2 Sakhar Basundisathi (Sugar for Basundi)-1/3 Measuring cup.

3. Velchee Powder ( Cardamom powder )-1/2 Tea spoon.

4. Gaeche doodh Angoor sathi ( Cow milk for Angoor)-1/2 Ltr.

5. Limbacha ras ( Lemon juice )-As required.

6. Barfa (Ice cubes)-As required.

7 Sakhar Angoor sathi ( Sugar for Angoor )-1 Measuring cup.

8. Keshar ( Saffron)-As required.

9 Pistyahe Kap ( Pistachio pieces )-As required.

10. Panee (Water for sugar syrup)-3 M. cup. + extra water..
